Removal of Benign Skin Lesions Using Precision Instruments
We are appropriately trained and certified, which means we are able to use cryosurgery to remove a wide range of unwanted skin lesions.
Examples:
Verrucas
Seborrhoic Keratosis
Skin tags
Dermal moles
The CryoPen device uses a precisely calibrated jet of Nitrous oxide at -89 degrees C to destroy the lesion.
The method causes minimal discomfort, and requires no local anaesthetic. There is no need for complex aftercare, however all patients are offered a free follow up visit to monitor healing.
Please note that ALL lesions have to be confirmed benign and be located in an area appropriate for this method.
